The pictures on this website come from a variety of sources. Many of them were personally taken by me, others were submitted by individual photographers worldwide and some were obtained under a royalty free license from Jupiter images.

ALL of them are copyright protected and may not be used for any reason without authorization from me.

The reason you need to ask me if you want to use any of the pictures is because I do allow the pictures I have personally taken to be used for private and commercial purposes as long as credit is given to this website by means of a link.

But the Jupiter images are not to be used under any circumstances in compliance with their terms of use and the pictures submitted by other photographers all have their own terms of use depending on the individual that submitted them so the only way you will know what applies to the photograph you are interested in is to contact me.

So unless you have authorization from me the pictures are not to be used under any circumstances apart from viewing them on this website or linking to them from your website.
